Update: We added waitlist templates and are working on automated rewards.

Templates: 8 designs covering different styles (minimal, gaming, e-commerce, etc.). All customizable. This came from users asking for better default designs and more copy customization.

Rewards (in progress): Set referral thresholds and automatically send rewards (gift cards, prepaid cards, cash) via Tremendous.

Would love feedback from anyone running waitlists. What features would be most useful?

Hi HN! I built ReferralLoop after getting frustrated with expensive waitlist tools that lacked developer-friendly features.

What it does: Creates waitlists where people move UP in line by referring friends. The viral loop is automatic - each referral = position boost.

Key features: - Built-in referral tracking - REST API with rate limiting (Started Plan) - Webhooks for real-time events - Zapier integration - Custom domains (Growth plan) - Analytics dashboard

Tech stack: - Next.js 16 (App Router + Server Actions) - Supabase (PostgreSQL with RLS) - TypeScript - Stripe for billing

What makes it different: 1. Actually affordable ($29/mo vs $79+ competitors) 2. API/webhooks included (not $200/mo add-on) 3. Free tier that's useful (100 signups) 4. Built by developer, for developers

Try it: https://referralloop.dev

Open to feedback! What would make you use this vs building your own waitlist?

(Also happy to answer any technical questions about the architecture)
